These Customer Complaint Procedures are aimed at providing detailed guidance to members of staff and members of the public that interact with the Authority on the steps that must be taken when dealing with complaints.     

Specifically, the Customer Complaint Procedures are expected to achieve the following goals:

• Complaints are addressed fairly, efficiently and effectively;

• Complaints are handled in a consistent manner;

• Enhanced integrity, honesty and professionalism among all staff and members of the public;

• Increased customer satisfaction; and

• Complaints are used constructively in the planning and improvement of all services.

         

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
